“. . . Listening to Melanie helps me to be
a better parent. I don’t have to guess
any more. I know who he is and why he
does things. I’m happier, he’s happier,
and we have a plan for the future.”
—Victor K., Johnsonville, SC
(about 3 year-old son)

“When you made my Profile I was just 16
years old, and all I wanted to do was
play my guitar in a rock n’ roll band. I
set the information aside for a couple of
years and as I grew older, I realized you
were right on in recommending that I
use my talents with a camera in the field
of cinematography. I am now attending
film classes in Los Angeles and can see
what my future looks like, thanks to
your help”

Benefits for Children and Teenagers

Why do some children require more time to grasp new ideas? Why does Junior procrastinate? Why is Mary so sensitive to changes of temperature? Why is Joe always taking things apart? Why is John such a squirmer? Parents and others working with children will find the answer to the WHY in the genetics—related science of personology—the science of identifying and stressing individual differences. The science that not only tells you what you are doing but WHY and takes it one step further by informing you what you can do to change negative behavior if you so desire. The science that deals with SPECIFICS rather than generalities.

The Integrated Personality Profile shows parents how they may better understand their child’s individuality and therefore guide him/her through childhood by focusing on specific interests. As the teenage years bring new challenges to family life, it’s important to have realistic expectations of your child; expectations based upon the findings of your child’s IPP.

At PAS we will assist in the interpretation of the profile which provides key information about a child upfront to the teacher or counselor, enhancing the instruction plan. By tailoring studies to meet the innate talents of a child, she will excel. She will be doing what she loves, thus stimulating her to further progress. High school students use a profile to direct them toward a college major that best suits their abilities, enabling them to reach their goals in a shorter amount of time. “Mini profiles” on children can be done in only 15 minutes, allowing 12 students to be seen over a three hour period. A worksheet and audio copy of the results in digital form are provided.
